No! The beauty of customizable programs is that we can build a program tailored to your preferences. Whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or someone who feels more comfortable at home, we accommodate all preferences.

No, but sometimes Bec makes recommendations that make your life and goals easier. We build programs around what you already own or have access to.

A posture assessment helps Bec identify areas of the body that may have a higher risk of injury or could slow your progress.
At the start of your program, you’ll receive instructions on how to complete the assessment. You’ll then send a short clip to Bec for a virtual evaluation.

Yes! Standard customized programs operate on a subscription basis, and you can cancel at any time.

One on One Coaching is a highly personalized experience where you and Bec will work closely together, virtually.
It’s important that both of you feel this is the right fit to help you achieve your fitness goals. The discovery call is an opportunity for Bec to get to know you better and for you to ask any questions you may have.
It’s also a chance to determine if One on One Coaching is the best fit for you or if a standard customized program might better suit your needs.

That’s okay! In the beginning, it will take some time to learn, but each exercise comes with a tutorial video correctly demonstrating how to perform the exercise!
If you’re still unsure, Bec will ask you to send a video of yourself performing the exercise wherever you’re comfortable recording. She will then send you a video back, walking you through any struggles and providing tips on how to improve.
