Here’s how it works:

INTAKE ASSESSMENT: Start by filling out a detailed questionnaire. This covers everything about YOU—your vitals, gym/home/both preferences, exercise likes and dislikes, mobility and injury history, a postural assessment, and, most importantly, your goals!

APP ACCESS: Your workouts are scheduled and optimized just for you. They’re available 24/7 on the Stages Fitness app, so you can train whenever it fits your schedule.

PERSONALIZED WORKOUTS: Every workout is 100% tailored to you. Because when you actually enjoy your workouts, you’re way more likely to stick with them! Each month, we can tweak or switch things up based on your feedback and goals.

4-6 WEEK CYCLES: Each program lasts 4-6 weeks, depending on your goals. At the end of each cycle, you’ll complete a check-in form to reflect on your progress, check for muscle imbalances, and make adjustments for the next month.

WEEKLY FEEDBACK: Every week, I’ll provide feedback on your workouts, teach you how to maximize them, and hold you accountable to your goals.

CHAT WITH BEC: You can reach Bec anytime through the app or text message.

BUILT-IN CALENDAR: My app features a built-in calendar where your workouts are pre-programmed. It even sends reminders if you miss a session—because life happens, but consistency matters.

EXERCISE TUTORIALS: Every exercise comes with a written and audio guide, plus a video demonstration to ensure you perform each move safely and effectively.

MID-PROGRAM CHANGES: If you leave for vacation or life happens, in-general, you and Bec can work together to make changes to your program that accommodate your life.
